SOLD--Mid-Century Alligator Skin Locket 14k c. 1960

This is one of the chicest lockets I've seen in the long time!? This great piece was made circa 1960 with an alligator skin pattern in 14k gold.? It opens to reveal two compartments on the sides and one center compartment for photos for up to four photos.? It is a nice weight, very well-made and sits flat against the chest.? Suspended from a slinky 14k box chain.? Gorgeous!

Locket measures 1 1/8 x 7/8 (excluding bail).? Chain measures 24 length.??

Locket stamped 14k, chain stamped 585.? Both pieces tested for metal content.?

Weighs 19grams.

In very good vintage condition.? Nice patina to the gold, clasp closes tightly.
